We ship your pieces within 1-3 days since the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order; at that time, just so you know, we are getting your piece/s ready to ship. Shortly after you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number, this will allow you signing in USPS website and know when to expect your package.
International tracking numbers don’t provide updated information once they enter the destination country, so it is the customer’s responsibility to track them down with the local post office if they happen to be delayed. Arethe Collections is not responsible for Customs or other taxes that the destination country may require (EU will require you to pay the VAT online or at pick up).
Unless otherwise indicated, all domestic orders will arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.

Wholesale orders typically take 15-30 days to process depending upon availability of pearls and the required labor for each purchased item. Production time normally increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
All orders in the USA are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days for domestic shipments.

USPS provides tracking status until your order arrives at the destination country, once there, and in the case of delay, it will be up to you to claim it at your local post office. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Arethé is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Arethé gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order’s arrival. Returned merchandise must include the all the original packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
All custom and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Arethé does not pay for returns to be shipped back to Reno (NV), USA.
